Instigator and co-founder
Lise Lecours has over 15 years' experience in college and university teaching. A master of education specialized in e-learning, she launched Le-Cours in 2007, a company dedicated to the development of customized e-learning solutions for over 17 years. Le-Cours occupies an enviable position in the Quebec e-learning market. In 2017, it began to take an interest in the concordance approach, an innovative approach to training. In 2021, she initiates the development of the SENSAI application and becomes co-founder with Groupe COSIOR of SENSAI Solution, the organization that distributes the application.
Technopedagogue
Emmie Langlais is a technopedagogue at SENSAI Solution. She is responsible for integrating new technological developments into SENSAI, as well as facilitating the design of concordance training. In collaboration with Lise Lecours, she also writes posts for the LinkedIn page. She holds a master's degree in educational technology from the University of Laval.
Senior Technology Integration and Innovation Advisor
Gilles Harvey, Director of Software Engineering at COSIOR Group, acts as an invaluable link between the two SENSAI Solution teams: those specializing in e-learning and correspondence training, and those dedicated to software development. Avec plus de 30 ans d’expérience dans le monde de l’informatique, Gilles Harvey est un professionnel réfléchi et créatif. Il cherche constamment des solutions innovantes en partageant son expertise avec tous les membres de l’équipe.
Web Developer
Julien Banchetti is a Web developer at Groupe COSIOR. Specializing in application development, Julien has been involved in the creation of SENSAI's functionalities from the outset, contributing new and creative ideas as lead developer. He is currently working on integrating artificial intelligence into SENSAI to enhance its capabilities.

Éric Charbonnier is a developer based in Montreal. He honed his skills in front-end and back-end web development at Collège de Maisonneuve. Today, at COSIOR Group, Éric is dedicated to the design and development of React solutions. His role involves optimizing SENSAI's functionalities to deliver a quality user experience.
